Add "project/org full name" attribute in dep community's tab

Hi,

After thinking about it:

  • I don't think it's relevant to use the "description" attribute to store a Project Name. We rather want to use "description" to describe the project.
  • We can't store special chars in OU names

The same can be applied to community organization, (see org names examples at http://www.ow2.org/bin/view/Membership_Joining/Consortium_Members)

So could we add a "Project/Organization full name" attribute to store the project/org full name ?
