Improve the sorting of services

Hello,

When we install all the plugins we have many services. I think it would be nice to improve the sorting.

Example:

• Services (daemons): sympa, apache, ldap, ssh, ... (they have actions like start, stop and reload).

• Service configuration: argonaut-fuse, share, ... (they don't have any action, only configuration and information).

This seems complicated but I think a simple alphabetical sort of the creation menu might be a good starting point.
