Change default block size value in 1024

Hello,

I think it would good to modify the default blocksize value (4096) in 1024 and change text "blocksize" in "blocksize quota"

So it correspond with https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2506288/detect-block-size-for-quota-in-linux/2506311#2506311
