Check foreach code

After a foreach with reference, the "internal" var is kept and can be a problem with the following foreach. The PHP doc advise to unset this var after the foreach.

We should check that this is done for every foreach in fd, fd-plugins or simple-plugin to avoid weird behaviours. We should also add something to our codesniffer that check this.
