Removes comments in yamls

Adds description.yaml for all plugins.
This yaml can be used with pluginManager.

Ldap search has been tweaked in order to search more efficiently on
config base.

Removes uniqueID verification to enhance performances on
an LDAP with lots of members.

Codestyle correction for function declaration.

Unique ID is now fixed, not anymore bypassing the ldap search or
unique(whole) methodes. Unique Id is now always unique, even with
templates.

Backend config and auto-delete functional.
