feat(argonaut): Retry action is now working

A failed job can be retried as a new job
The new job will be scheduled for now, we may want to add a checkbox
 to be able to retry as a triggered job as well
The retry action re-use the view-refresh icon, this may be a problem as
 it’s already used for refresh on he same page
