:sparkels: feat(dns) Fully support powerdns when final dot is unchecked

PowerDNS wants final dots nowhere, so when final dot option is
 unchecked, final dot should be forbidden from zonename, soa records, ns
 records and ptr records alltogether.
Behavior when option is checked (default) should be unchanged.
