Updates menu section numbering to include task within FD configuration section

Tasks menu item is added in order to manage Fusion Directory specific tasks. It needs a specific order number, documentation needs to reflect this properly.

Based on the last one added:

Mail Templates - 30-39 Mail Tasks - 31

I suggest Tasks should take number 40 to 49.

Mail Tasks previously defined is now obsolete and must be removed.
