could you add :

• a global prerequisite section with what is needed to use all our libraries, php minimum version and others specific
• an install section in each of the libraries telling people where to install, ex in the php path /usr/share/php
• Before the example code, explain what the example code will do

This is done in the code, there is a comment before each line to explain what it does.

No, there is no user, this is an example code. It is explained in the command which line throws what so that the developer can decide what to catch and where depending on what he wants to do.
