documentation should explain limits of user-reminder with ppolicy

The release notes should explain that: argonaut-user-reminder can now be used with ppolicy overlay to send a warning email to soon-to-be expired users. But FD cannot postpone the expiration like it does for POSIX expiration because it’s defined in the policy object.

So you need to remove the postpone link from the sent email body and replace it with instructions about how to change the password to avoid expiration.
