Error on mixed groups when nis schema not present

Error on mixed groups when nis schema not present

I get this error when configuring FD for the first time:

Your schema is configured to support mixed groups, but this plugin is not present.

But I did not use miwed groups in my schema. I just don't have the nis schema installed. The error message should be more precise.

As posixGroup objectClass is not there it appears as not structural and FD takes this as a sign mixed-groups schema is used as if nis is used this class should be structural. FD is not supposed to be used without nis.schema as is anyway.

You don’t get an error about missing nis?

Ok it was because nis.schema is not mandatory and the check for posixGroup was mandatory that it was shown and not the nis one. Now it should be better.
