fusiondirectory-setup need an option to migrate the dns 1.0.9.x version to 1.0.10

Hello,

we need a --migrate-dns option in fusiondirectory-setup :

1. move all dns entries into ou=dns

2. and if possible redo the link with the systems

The option 2 is not mandatory it depends to difficulty of coding it

The function migrate-dns search only in the root of the LDAP.

It seems the old DNS plugin created weird DN like this: relativeDomainName=demo-fixes,relativeDomainName=demo-fixes,zoneName=test.com.,cn=demo-fixes,ou=servers,ou=systems,dc=fusiondirectory,dc=org

As you can see relativeDomainName= part is duplicated, so --migrate-dns needs to deduplicate it when migrating the entries.
