[Orchestrator] - automated-groups - when users already present, simply say already added instead of adding them again

When users are already in the group the output message present them as being added. This could be enhanced. Same for users not allowed to be in, it should simply says "nothing to processed or equivalent" not removed, as they are not "removed really"
