Unable to load the User Nova tab
On a fresh install of FD 1.0.3, it's not possible to access the Nova User tab.
The following error is returned :
Plugin Fatal error: Cannot find any plugin definitions for plugin '?plug=11'!
Please fix the above error and reload the page.
