Use of templates through the webservice

Hi,

What about to provide a way to use a user/object template through the webservice. ( A typical use case for this is user creation.)

gettemplate and usetemplate are now available

I did a test on both functions and it seems to work. Note: The entry in created under the same 'base' as the template entry, whatever value is set for 'base' in the data object passed to usetemplate() ( I'm not 100% sure it's expected. )

It’s expected as it’s the same behavior as for templates when used through the FD UI.
