the url in the webservice-shell should have the jsonrpc.php added automatically

Hello,

the url in the webservice shell connexion is like this

fusiondirectory-shell -u https://fusiondirectoryt.inalco.fr/jsonrpc.php -l fd-admin -p tester

it would be better if it was

fusiondirectory-shell -u https://fusiondirectoryt.inalco.fr/ -l fd-admin -p tester

and jsonrpc.php added automatically by the shell

it more easy to write and easier to understand
