sambaPwdCanChange is obsolete
same as bug 2167, but for sambaPwdCanChange. This attribute is now obsolete and samba compute it on the fly based on sambaMinPwdAge (at the domain level) and sambaPwdLastSet (at the user account level). This means that for recent version of samba (tested with 3.6.3, but it seems it's the case for every version after 3.0.25) the "User cannot change password" feature has no effect.
The problem is that the sambaMinPwdAge is global for the domain, we cannot set one value different for an account.
