the get_repository function is made at the start of the argonaut-server start and block other actions

package crawler inside argonaut-server always try to get the debian packages even if i don't use fai, i know to his linked to an entry of a fai repository in my ldap. The issue is it block other command to argonaut server, for opsi by example.

This should be moved elsewhere and it probably linke to the multithread problem of argonaut
